Established in 1897, the Calgary Golf & Country Club is Western Canada’s premier private members’ golf, recreation, and social club. Centrally located on the banks of the Elbow River just 5 km south of downtown Calgary, we offer our members the highest standard of facilities, programs and services. Calgary Golf & Country Club is looking for motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as a Banquet Server. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering impeccable service during events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and special occasions of all sizes. From setup to breakdown, you will ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, exceeding our guests’ expectations with your professionalism and hospitality.

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our members and their guests.
Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms with tables, chairs, linens, and settings according to function sheets.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and politely.
- Address guests’ needs and resolve issues quickly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization both during and after the event.
- Follow health and safety rules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar role is required.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and service standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
